REFUND POLICY

At Merch Prompt, we utilize the services of Printify, a print-on-demand company, to produce and fulfill our merchandise. Therefore, our refund policy is aligned with Printify's refund policy, which is as follows:

 

**Refund Eligibility**

Merchandise on our website is unique and produced only once ordered. As a result, we do not support returns or exchanges if a customer orders the wrong size, color, or changes their mind. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we offer refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:

 

1. **Damaged Product:** If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of product delivery. We will provide a free replacement or a refund to your Printify account balance.

 

2. **Manufacturing Error:** In case of a manufacturing error, we will also offer a free replacement or refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

 

**Refund Process**

To request a refund or replacement, please write to use on merchprompt@gmail.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue. Refunds will be issued to your Printify account balance, which can be withdrawn and transferred back to the original payment method.

 

**Note**

- If multiple products that use the same design are affected by an issue, we may request an additional photo or video showing all affected items visible in one frame for confirmation purposes.

 

- Please note that we will not be held responsible for refunds or replacements if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can choose between a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund.

 

- For DTG (Direct-to-Garment) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement. Minor variations in print placement will not be considered as defects.
